I have been working from home for a year now and so far, it has been very rewarding. I just started working for Greylock and i am amazed by their incentives programs and contests. It makes me want to become a performer and motivates me to give better than my best. This is apart from the fact that our boss really looks after us as we are only required 6 and a half hours to take calls. Thus, giving us more time to rest and maximize our energies in those hours when we take calls. I look forward to staying with Greylock in the next coming years and i know that this could be a career for me. I am hoping for the best!
